Try somewhere else.
The basement of an older couple, run by their son. They completed construction work overhead during my stay.
No breakfast, bathroom across the common area. No door lock. People walking past my windows.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a close distance to walk to downtown Anchorage. It was a quiet location. Room, bathroom, living room and kitchen were clean. We would stay here again.
