A proprietária foi super prestativa e nos auxiliou em tudo.
A localização também é muito boa, fica a poucos metros da praia, além disso pedidos das plataformas de comida sempre chegam extremamente rápido.

Garagem é um pouco apertada, mas para carro pequeno é tranquilo. Mas deixei lá e foi muito fácil manobrar se a pessoa tem habilidade.
