구시가지를 둘러보기 좋은 위치, 여러 명이 숙박하기에 알맞은 크기, 호스트의 친절한 응대, 주변 식당이 늦게까지 영업을 해서 밤에 돌아다닐 때도 안전함을 느낌.
주방도구의 청결함이 다소 아쉬웠고, 주변 상권이 활발한 지역이라 금토일 밤새 시끄러운 점.(주말이라 그랬던 거 같음)
