Die Lage ist sehr schön, da die Terrasse direkt zum Wald hin orientiert ist. Damit ist auch auf der Terrasse die Privatheit nicht gestört. Gute und praktische Einrichtung mit viel Platz, ausgenommen die Küche (s.u.).
