Hinta-laatusuhde oli kohdallaan.Huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja sänky oli hyvä.

Hieman ruuvimeisseliä ja ruuveja olisi tarvinnut. Esim. saunan kiukaan edessä oleva suojalauta on irti. Kuivurin yläpuolella oleva lauta on irti ja yhtäkkiä putosi alas.
