Location and the space bit there were no welcome pack, towels or suitable kitchen utensils for cooking
It needs sprucing up, smelt slightly damp and the garden yard could of been tidied up due to over growth of weeds

Bedsheet , blanket quality is so mad. Also Mattress too much soft uncomfortable for sleeping.

The comfortable bed was the best feature. Although the facilities were described as shared I never actually saw any other guests at all, so I had all the facilities to myself!

Was filthy, unsanitary, uncomfortable and non compliant in refund.
