Die Lage,die Ausstattung (Fernseher in jedem Raum) besonders zu erwähnen das das Licht im Treppenhaus und Flur über Bewegungsmelder gesteuert war,was sehr angenehm war wenn man mal in der Nacht zur Toilette musste.

Ca. 600 m vom Einkaufszentrum entfernt, Tempo 30- Zone. Vollumfänglich ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Überdachter Parkplatz. Das Zentrum von Greetsiel ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
