Closeness to Indiana Beach and size of room to accommodate.
Indiana Beach was closed during week for season too soon.

The property was clean and comfortable. We ran out of shower soap, so I texted and a new bottles was delivered that day.
I had a hard time adjusting the the A/ C thermostat.

Location
Hot tub too dirty and heated pool was freezing and cloudy. Condo had no seating in the living room for more than two people, very strange when it sleeps so many.
