Patiko labiausiai lokacija - labai patogu, pati J.Basanavičiaus aikštės širdis. Arti maitinimo įstaigos, netoli jūra.
Dar pliusas pagrindinio kambario didelei lovai - labai patogi.

Labai patogi vieta, arti jūra ir visi kiti patogumai. Namelis tvarkingas, jaukus. Viduje yra viskas ko gali prireikti gyvenant. Nors namelis ir pačiame Basanavičiaus gatvės viduryje, bet viduje pakankamai ramu, nesigirdi…
