スタッフの対応が良い。船上業務の為、船に乗る時期が確定せず、延泊延泊を繰り返すも、柔軟に延泊に対応してくれました。
滞在型ホテルなので、キッチンがあり自炊が出来、洗濯機もついているので、便利。
加えて、部屋がある2階から1階にあるスーパーマーケット・Shopping Mallに専用のエレベーターで直接行けるのが、ものすごく便利。

The place is connected to Alrashed mall. The rooms are in average condition. The bathrooms are below average. The breakfast was very good.

I got a 2-bedroom apartment. It had a spacious living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and 4 bathrooms!
The Residence is located immediately above the mall, which is a plus as you’ll have access to anything you need…

It was great to stay there with my family. The staff was great starting from the receionests, the security guys and the restaurant staff. The guy from the Philippine at the restaurant serving breakfast was truly amazing…
