Good price and location, friendly staff.
The location on booking doesn't match the actual location of the apartment, but the staff helped us find it, the beds were a little hard.

Close to the marina and old town.
No heat except some old radiators which took ages to warm up and we had to sleep with our kids to keep them warm as it was freezing inside.
