Location close to the sea.
Sometimes no hot water.
No real cupboard for the clothes
Nothing to dry the dishes. No hooks in the toilet for towels.

The apartment is beautiful (with garden view). The location is perfect. There are restaurants, super markets next to entrance wall of the apartment. The old town is on 20 metres. Recommended.
