Acceptable level of confort. Staying in cebu city is not à good idea.
No breakfast, took it outsider only or delivery. Nice and helpul owner. Comfort sufficient but nothing romantic.
Uñattractive neighborhood. Far from centre. Cebu city is nothing Nice. Better stay south or north of cebu.
