I tried logging a complaint but i could not. YOUR mail says we can check in between 2pm and 11pm but the rude Afrikaner lady that apparently owns that place decided to tell us we can't check in at 10pm…

The room was small, the bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was old and so were the pillows. Old outdated TV's in the room. The place really needs a make over urgently.
