Het hotel ademt de charme uit van een familiebedrijf. Alles netjes en goed geregeld. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt. Locatie vlak bij een tram die een goede verbinding heeft met het centrum.

駅のすぐそばで大変便利。また、朝食はとても美味しく、何よりスタッフの方々がとても親切で素晴らしかったです。
ここだけでなく、ケルンの他のホテルでもエアコンがないので、今回のような熱波警報が出るほどの暑い季節だと、少し辛かったです。でも、扇風機と窓からの自然の風は気持ちよく、特に朝方の時間帯は、とても快適でした。
