I struggled with the first cottage chemical smell. Glenn quickly sourced a different available cottages for me to check suitability. This was at 7:30 pm. Good response and great result for the remaining stay

Very traffic loud. The bed was very hard and pillows way too soft. The couches had crumbs and food over them. No water filter at all. Floor in shower was grubby and a bit mouldy.

The cabin..supposed to be "superior" was well dated, dingey and not clean. When checking in I was told it was one of their best units!!
We couldn't stay there so just checked out though not refundable.
