I'm older and the bed is very low. Hard to get out of. The parking garage is sometimes threatening with homeless people able to hang out in the parking area.

Very central location in Hillcrest. When I had issues about my room, I communicated them to Bryce and was acccomodated very swiftly to another room. He was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Thank you!
