Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room. Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply. Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
