Il se trouve au 3ème étage avec ascenseur et une place de parking.
Il se trouve à 20 minutes à pied de la rue animée Ledra.

Proche de la vieille ville mais environnement déplaisant.
Un appartement lumineux, bien insonorisé. Bon emplacement près de la vieille ville qui permet de s'y rendre en quelques minutes. Les équipements sont conformes à l'annonce à l'exception de la salle de bain.
