Apartmán byl krásně prostorný a čistý, navíc na skvělém místě. Kousek do obchodu i na veřejnou pláž, za rohem výborná zmrzlina, do centra také kousek. V Pescara obecně bylo málo turistů, takže i poloprázdné pláže.
