おもろまち駅から徒歩10分、目の前にバス停、流しのタクシーもよく通る道沿いで、ロケーションはとても良かった。コンビニ、スーパー、ステーキハウス、スタバ、などがすぐ近くにあり買い物には困らない。洗濯機（洗剤有り）、ガス乾燥機がありとても便利。オーナーさんはとても親切でした。

YUXUANTW符合期待，環境舒適，屋主人很好，可中文溝通。
附近就有全家和88牛排、超市，稍遠一些還有Lawson。
離地鐵站舒適的步行約15分鐘，這一站有百貨商場，也有長程巴士可以通往美麗海。
屋子有陽台、屋內有洗衣機、烘乾機，有廚房可以煮食，屋主會說中文，有想嘗試拔火罐需求也可以預約付費體驗。
