地點有點難找，基本上價錢是很便宜

地址標註不清楚，網站上是錯的，電話聯絡後給的住址仍找不到，再次電話聯絡立刻改口住址，因此拖著行李箱在那個區域繞來繞去，鑰匙要自己拿取，大門半故障搞半天打不開，跟朋友約訪因此遲到。房間內的燈有一半是壞的，浴室門壞掉，浴簾有跟沒有一樣，已經很小心注意水但洗完澡馬桶旁邊淹水，晚上因為怕使用時整個腳會弄濕，還要自己擦乾水。
裝潢看得出想弄點樣子，但完全都是做表面。客廳說可以自取的咖啡…

知道可能是住家合民宿的空間，但是家庭的鞋子佔滿鞋架，並且看起來雜亂無章，一樓共用空間也滿是灰塵，感覺沒有定期整理，房間也是在廁所可以看到上一個房客留下的垃圾，枕頭底下有沒整理好的頭髮，地板以及地毯也都沒有用心維護，另外廁所蓮蓬頭水管已破裂，洗澡時淋雨的水量比較少，雖然房東要照顧小朋友很辛苦，但房客也是辛苦賺錢來使用消費，應該要好好維持房間的價值以及住宿體驗。
YIN CHING環境是清潔過的，只是落地窗卻只有一半窗簾，天亮後無法好好睡，太亮了…
MING-HUA附近眷村的早餐，讓人回到過去的回憶
MING-HUA使用老傢俱營造復古風，很特別。
