窓からの景色は川が見えて眺めが良いです。
マンションの外観は古くてビックリしますが、お部屋の中はキレイです。
コンビニまで少し歩きます。

マンションの一室だったので、犬と共に家で過ごしてるようにできました。古めのマンションだったけど、エアコンもあるし快適に過ごせました。駐車場も予約して目の前に1000円で止めれてよかったです。
ウォシュレットがないこと。
ToshihiroJapan泊まってないが、最低。2度とチョイスしない。
繁華街に近いだけ。
清掃ができていなく、設備も古い。東南アジアの安宿レベル。 部屋に入って状態を確認し、即座にキャンセルした。 もちろん宿泊料は戻らないが、それよりも泊まることに耐えられないレベル。 あのベッドに寝ていたら腰を痛めていたと思う。 キャンセルポリシーもクーリングオフを認めておらず、日本の宿ではないと感じた。

毎回ガチャガチャでお金がのまれるので
そろそろ修理してほしい。
8階共用廊下突き当たりの非常階段のドアがストッパーで解放状態になっており、外部(2階)から侵入できるようになっていてセキュリティ上の懸念がある。
和延Japan普通に良かったです。
繁華街からそう遠くない場所に位置している。敷地内の駐車場も利用できた。安めな料金設定。周囲の部屋の音もしなかった。
料金を考えると特に良くない点はなかった。ただサッシやベランダの清掃、布団のシーツ類をパリッとすれば、印象はかなり良くなるように思う。
