Kiváló elhelyezkedés és az ablak hiányát is jól próbálták megoldani.
Nagyon közel volt a part és a vendéglátó egységek.
Nem volt ablak a szobán, de a bejárati ajtó és a mellette lévő szúnyoghálós ajtó kompenzált. Illetve a klíma is plusz pont!!!
