The cleanness
The kitchen has a hood that exhaust into the room which means you have to keep window open, which is not pleasant during the winter.

Very close to the University, and an easy tram or bus commute to the centre of town. Nice and green surroundings and an Aldi nearby.

Most of the staff was absolutely nice and competent, but the manager was horrible and made the stay difficult.
