It was a lovely building in a great location. Easy access to the coast path and having an allocated parking space is a definite bonus

good location,poor flat position ,not much sea view more like car park view.
the tower looked great on the outside,but on entering it was souless,more like school corridors.The flat on entering was very dissapointing…
