Beliggenheden kunne være ønskeligt, den lå lidt mere tilbage trukket fra vejen, men det er jo ikke nemt at flytte en bygning.
Trappen op til lejligheden, var lidt ubehagelig,den er rimelig stejl og smalle trin.
