Not stayed in the house due to the hygienic issue
House was smelly and unhygienic to stay hence we did not stay in this property and had to find an alternative property.
We came with the family and children and outside the house is very unsafe. Anti social behaviour…

All good.
TVs in each room and it had all the basics that you may need and not far from supermarkets and shops.
I shared the property with work colleague and having one bathroom wasn’t the best but manageable.

It would be great if booking.com guest services responded when issues were highlighted
We liked that all the essentials were there and the kitchen was great. The location was also great
I sent a message about the issues on booking.com and got no reply so was not pleased.
There was several leaks / very damp…

Great place, clean comfy & well equipped
Staff constantly ringing about your booking at weekends & having to repeatedly give information you'd already given them. I had to get someone out to make up 2 beds & bring towels…
