フェリー乗り場の近くなので、屋久島や種子島に行くのに便利です。レストランやコンビニも近く、駐車場も直ぐそばにあります。
ベッドも大きく、家族4人で泊まるのに十分な広さでした。
ダイニングテーブルがないので食べにくかったです。全体的には清潔でしたが、洗濯機など、細部の汚れや埃が少し気になりました。

垣内Japanよくなかった点を上げましたが値段と立地等を考えるとリーズナブルで満足です。
清潔でした。ベットも大きく快適でした。
ドラッグストアやコンビニも近く便利でした。
天文館まで徒歩15分程度で行けました。
雨天のため玄関での暗証番号入力時に濡れました。貸し出し用の傘があると助かります。
洗濯しました。パラソル型の物干し助かりました。ハンガーで干せる場所がわかりませんでした。
繁華街に近いせいか駐車場が満車ばかりで探すのに苦労しました。

ファミリーで一部屋で泊まれるのはよかったです。
なんとなく部屋の匂いが気になりました。
一方通行が多く、駐車場もなく、というのが不便でした。でも値段と折り合うと思います
