非常值得推薦的房源，房間漂亮、新穎，且房東熱情推薦的餐廳也非常棒！地點距離火車站大約步行7分鐘左右，會經過大學，不是雜亂的住宿地點，令人安心！附近步行五分鐘內也有超市。
房間的設計很時尚漂亮，設施也很新，房東的準備充分完善（甚至連下雨能借用的雨具都有），有電梯能運送行李箱！
房間位於低樓層，會聽到外面街道噪音，但如果運氣好，就不會很吵雜
