Amazingly close to Marvel Stadium. Lovely styling in apartment.
The only fault was a dysfunctional tap in the bathroom sink.

‘Main’ bedroom door did not close & taps were a little hard to use in the bathroom as you have to press a certain way otherwise it just keeps spinning.
