Everything was fine. There was a bit of mildue inside the bed cover, the lounge was a little worn out, tv was missing its frame & toilet could probably do with an exhaust fan. But…

Great location, near the water
Floors were very grubby, they had been vacuumed but needed moping. I had to go to shops and buy a mop and bucket as our feet were black from the floors.
