Было очень холодно. В день когда мы заселились был снег, и в Шымкенте было холодно. На квартире тоже было холодно

При заселении потребовали залог. На сайте об этом не было ни слова.
Мебель в квартире разваливается. Кондиционер слабый и стоит в зале. Спальню он не охлаждает вообще.
