地理位置
1.明知房間下雨會滲水，還是讓旅客入住。兩處牆面滲水至磁磚地（小積水），造成地面濕滑，小孩差點滑倒。打電話到櫃檯詢問，服務人員卻早已知道，入住前卻沒告知。也沒道歉之意，態度讓人感覺好像無所謂。
2.房間冷氣整晚都有異音，無法好好入睡。
3.房內隔音也不佳。
