Good location

The room is very bright through the window. I'd already seen a previous review suggesting this. It's impossible to sleep in the mornings with this amount of light. The bedspreads were dirty.
PauloBrazilCozy and clean. Good communication with the host.
This property has everything. Vacum, which helped me with some sand cleaning from the beach. Also well equipped, with kitchen appliances and pans. I forgot to bring a few things with me, but no worries, the property had…
EllenUnited StatesClean condo but surroundings are a little run down.
The condo itself was very clean and the host was very responsive. The pool was very clean as well.
The condo is in a large apartment complex that could definitely use some TLC.

We stayed there during the hurricane after evacuating from our home. Eva and her husband made sure we were safe and comfortable while going through the storm, they are a very nice couple and I would recommend staying…
AngelaUnited StatesGreat stay! Surpassed expectations fully!
Convenience, property was always quiet and clean. Location couldn’t have been better for what we needed. The apartment was so clean, smelled so good upon entering. The place was stocked with a full kitchen if needed.…

What we’d check for you here
- That the step-free room is actually free on your dates, and whether it is a roll-in shower or a bath, which the listing never says.
- The pet fee and any size limit, which is where these bookings usually come apart.
- Whether there is room for a pickup, a trailer or a van, not just a car.
- Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
- What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.
Questions about 1+1 Large condo Sarasota
What time is check-in and check-out at 1+1 Large condo Sarasota?
Check-in is from 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. If you're arriving late, tell us and we'll ask the property to hold the room.
Does 1+1 Large condo Sarasota allow pets?
No — the property states that pets are not allowed.
Is there parking at 1+1 Large condo Sarasota?
Yes — the property states that parking on site is free. Whether a space can be reserved in advance varies, so we check it against your dates.
Does 1+1 Large condo Sarasota have a pool?
Yes — a pool is listed among the property's facilities. Seasonal closures are common, so we'll confirm it's open for your dates.
Does 1+1 Large condo Sarasota have Wi-Fi?
Yes — internet access is listed among the property's facilities.
Does 1+1 Large condo Sarasota have wheelchair accessible rooms?
The property lists step-free or accessible facilities. That flag is the one least able to settle the question: a hotel can carry it and still have a step at the entrance, or a bath rather than a roll-in shower, and it does not say whether the accessible room is free on your dates. Tell us what you need and we'll ask the property directly rather than reading you the flag.
How do I book 1+1 Large condo Sarasota?
Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.
