Electricity, water and gas are included in the price of the accommodations. Upon departure, guests are requested to leave the apartment in a clean and neat state. Please note, in case you are booking for two people and are using the second bedroom an additional charge of 15 EUR for bed linen is applicable (per stay). - Cash upon arrival. Any loss to the property caused by guests, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed during check-in and during the stay. Losing or not returning the keys will incur in a €150 charge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
