Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the property in advance if you plan to arrive after 22:00. If the late check-in is not confirmed in advance then the property will apply a late check-in fee. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.
