Only 5 hotel guests allowed in the spa at one time, wasn’t aware of this until we checked in as didn’t say on booking.

The accommodation was good as we were upgraded due to wedding anniversary. The room was very stuffy although there were 2 fans. There was not enough shower gel.

Please note, breakfast can be arranged from 7:30 with prior notice with the property using the Special Requests box upon booking or using the contact details in the booking confirmation. Please note the property does not have the facility to accommodate evening meals. Food is served in the on-site cafe until 15:00 with a snack and bar area open until 6pm. Included in your stay is use of our spa facilities for a 90 minute period. This can be booked in on your arrival. If you wish to use the spa facilities for more than 90 minutes you can upgrade to a spa day for an extra £40 per day. This will need to be pre-booked with reception by calling 01531 671141. A deposit may be required at the property.
