In case of non respect of the rules, travelers will be expelled, the deposit will be kept, there will be no refund. -Smoking only on the balcony or on the terrace - Damaged towels will have to be reimbursed (large towel €15 and small towel €10) - A surcharge of 10€ applies for arrivals after 10 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
