Please note, guests must be at least 18 years or older to check in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in. A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution, and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Contactless payments or Apple Pay are not accepted, and cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply. The Penthouse is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 6 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required.
