The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that children's breakfast is not included in the breakfast-included rate. Children's breakfast will be charged separately. In line with the latest Government directive, please note that our hotels are now open for staycations or other travel purposes, and our Food & Beverage outlets are permitted to have dine-in guests. Please note the heated pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 to 15:00. Complimentary parking is available for 1 car per reserved room. Guests must pay an additional MYR 16 per day or MYR 1 per hour to park a second vehicle.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
