Please note that on-site parking is available for guests only at an extra cost and subject to availability. Limited parking throughout September due to the Southampton International Boat Show. Please inform the property if any of the guests are children, so the rooms can be set accordingly. Please note additional beds are subject to availability and by prior arrangement. The standard double bedrooms cannot accommodate an extra bed. The times for children using the swimming pool will be as follows: 8am – 9.30am (last entrance will be 9am) 4pm – 7pm (last entrance will be 6.30pm), and on weekends 8am – 11am (last entrance will be 10:30am) 4pm – 7pm (last entrance will be 6.30pm) If you are booking the dinner, bed and breakfast rate, please contact the property prior to arrival to arrange timings for the dinner reservation. Please be aware that any special dietary requirements need to be mentioned in advance to avoid the delay in any sittings.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
