The fine print
Guests are kindly requested to inform Kitz Residenz by Alpin Rentals about the total number of guests (adults and children under 14 years) that will be staying in the apartments. A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. This is deposited in cash or as an authorization on the credit card. You will usually receive the refund upon departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full after the property has been checked and no damage is found.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
