Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Nox Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of ZAR 20000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is construction taking place close to the property. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances. A deposit may be required at the property.
