This is a pet-friendly property. Guests are required to inform the property prior to check-in, should the guest wish to bring their pets on-site. Smoking is allowed at outdoor areas. Please note that smoking in rooms are subject to a THB 2000 fine and surcharge for deep cleaning. Please note that parties and loud events are not allowed to be held at this property. Pool cleaning (3 times a week) and gardening service (once a week) are provided free of charge. We provide cleaning services and change towels every 4 days, change bedsheet weekly. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit. Extra guests are charged at THB 1000 per night. (Maximum of 2 extra guests per villa.) An early check-in or late check-out is possible (based on availability) for an additional charge. A late check-in from the general hours as specified under the Policies will also be subject to a surcharge. Please contact the property directly for more information and to arrange this prior to arrival. Durian is strictly prohibited indoors. Any signs of the fruit being consumed in the villas will result in a fine for deep cleaning.
