If guests request late check-in, an additional charge will apply. Late check-in charge are $80 for check-in between 8-10pm, $150 for check-in between 10pm-12:30am. No check-in available after 12:30am unless otherwise prearranged. Late check-in fee will be waived if the booking is 3 nights or more. Late check-in fee is payable upon check-in. **Strictly no parties and events allowed. **Strictly no smoking. **Guests should keep quiet and pleasant neighborhood after 10:30pm **Guests can't move the furniture around **Guests need to take away rubbish / unwanted personal belongs when check out the property **Guests need to close the doors/windows when check out the property **Guests must leave the entrance swipe tokens on the kitchen bench and send photo to the mobile provided **Damage Deposit Payment, AMEX Card is NOT Accepted.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
