Please note that the elevator in the block is out of order indefinitely,requires the use of stairs. - The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found) - If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labor and additional cleaning - All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be canceled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancelation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
