The fine print
ApartDirect has no reception. For security, you must complete identity verification via a link sent to your Booking.com chat and phone. After verification, your key codes will be sent 2 days before arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if traveling as part of a family. Please note that the apartments can only be accessed via stairs. All apartments are equipped with a water tank. If the tank is emptied, it may take a few hours for the water to heat up again. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the complex unless it is agreed with the property in advance. Only the guests themselves can use the facilities. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
