You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The property requires prepayment via PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the PayPal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please note that the property is located on a hill, a 15-minute walk from Haad Rin where it holds the monthly Full Moon Party. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly prior to arrival. Room cleaning as well as bed linen and towel change are provided once every other day. From 15/01/23 -15/04/23 hotel will have renovation. It may have noise from 09.00 hr. - 18.00 hr. A deposit may be required at the property.
