Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional GBP 10. Subject to availability. A travel cot is available upon request, however there is no bedding provided for the cot. Please note there is no elevator in the building and the rooms are accessed via stairs. Guests are required to pay a GBP 10 key deposit. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel rooms and any evidence of smoking found, will result of asking guests to leave the property, and will result in a GBP 100 fine. Please note that the free parking is located off-site at 38-46 English St, Dumfries DG1 2BY. Guest are not allowed to exceed the number of guests mentioned in the reservation, any proof showing they are having more guest will result in asking to leave the property immediately.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
